I am the Founder of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global. I am an international speaker, best-selling author, award-winning coach and human rights consultant, with over 15 years of international experience as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and workplace psychological safety specialist. I am passionate about empowering women in their careers and the workplace. I work with organizations to develop sustainable strategies and person-centred initiatives that foster workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, and psychological safety.

The Journey of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global: Empowering Women and Transforming Workplaces

I launched ECC Global in Sydney Australia in July 202, after experiencing burn-out and psychological abuse as an executive. I knew nobody was coming to save me, I had to save myself and decide what I truly wanted in my life and career. It was during this time that I discovered my purpose, at 40 years old!

For years I had dreamed of creating something of my own, that would combine all the best parts of my career, and all the things I loved doing that truly fulfilled me. I wanted to create a company where I could achieve global social impact and build a team and an amazing workplace culture.

I have always loved empowering women to find their voice, regain their confidence and pursue their goals and dreams. I have always been passionate about diversity, inclusion, equality, workplace rights and psychological safety.

I am driven by the absolute certainty that I was born to make a difference in the world. My purpose is to support individuals and organizations to reach their potential and thrive. Feeling the impact of my work is a huge drive for me, and seeing the difference my work and the work of my team make is unbeatable, we are changing lives!

From Burnout to Global Impact: The Inspirational Story of ECC Global's Founder

After launching in Australia, I knew I wanted to go bigger and expand our services into the US market. A year after launching, we expanded into the USA in 2022 and then on Independence Day 2023, my family and I relocated to the USA to grow the US team and continue our expansion across the USA and into the UK. Achieving global impact has always been the long-term goal of the firm for me. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, the social issues are similar and in the USA, they are on a much larger scale, so there is much more opportunity to make a difference here, while we continue our work across Australia.

Sharing my story and journey as a mother, woman and leader in business and entrepreneur has inspired other women to step into their greatness, take that leap of faith and pursue their dreams. I always say “It’s hard to be what you can’t see” so I feel as though it is my responsibility to share my story to show other women that they can go big too!

My background in executive leadership roles and qualifications as a psychotherapist, emotional intelligence coach and NLP Master Practitioner uniquely position me and ECC Global to offer comprehensive support to our clients. Drawing on my executive experience, I bring a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, strategic planning, and leadership challenges. Simultaneously, my expertise as a psychotherapist allows me to delve into the human aspect, addressing individual and interpersonal dynamics, fostering emotional intelligence, and facilitating personal growth. This dual perspective enables me to provide a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional coaching and consulting firms, offering a nuanced understanding of both the professional and personal dimensions of our client's lives, ultimately leading to more tailored and effective support.

We adopt a psychological and human rights lens to all of the work we do at Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global, both coaching and consulting. We know that if individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations don’t adopt a growth mindset and focus on positive psychology, achieving sustainable success, growth and innovation is near impossible.

We adopt NLP and Positive Psychology techniques, practices, and processes to provide much more holistic support to our clients, which is not typical in a consulting practice. What we have witnessed is sustained behavior change in leaders, and team members that results in collective success for organizations.

Empowerment and Innovation: ECC Global's Comprehensive Approach to Workplace Consulting

Empowering women is a vital component of our suite of coaching programs because we recognize the unique challenges and strengths that women bring to the professional landscape. This resource is crucial as it provides tailored guidance, fostering confidence, leadership skills, and resilience among women. It is important to me to include this focus in our company because diversity and inclusivity are not just buzzwords but essential elements for fostering innovation and success. By addressing the specific needs of women, we contribute to creating more equitable and supportive workplace environments and we empower women to pursue their aspirations. Our commitment to empowering women aligns with our organizational mission, vision and values and our belief in harnessing the full potential of every individual.

As a part of our consultancy services, Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global delivers Elevated Workplace, a tailored workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and psychological safety training program. Elevated Workplace was co-designed with nonprofit partner Workplace Fairness, to support teams, leaders, and organizations to develop greater awareness of creating more inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces. The firm partners with business owners and leaders across the non-profit, private, and public sectors to set and execute a clear strategy that drives transformation and maintains a competitive edge.

My team and I are all purpose-driven, so without our focus on social impact and the right partners who align with our values, we wouldn’t operate as well as we do, or be as successful as we are.

I believe that conscious consideration of social impact is not just a responsibility, but a crucial element for sustainable business success. By aligning our values with those of our clients and prioritizing social impact, we create a positive ripple effect that goes beyond mere profit margins. This approach fosters a collaborative and purpose-driven business environment, contributing to the overall well-being of communities. Clients benefit from enhanced brand reputation, employee satisfaction, and customer loyalty, resulting in long-term prosperity. Our commitment to social impact isn't just about doing good; it's about building a foundation for lasting success that extends beyond the bottom line.

Looking ahead, you can expect Elevated Coaching & Consulting to continue its pursuit of global social impact, empowerment, innovation, and excellence. We are dedicated to expanding our services, staying at the forefront of industry trends, and delivering even more impactful solutions to our clients. Our focus remains on fostering growth, both for our clients and our firm, through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and a commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

For other women going big or wanting to go big, my advice is: feel the fear and do it anyway! When it feels scary to jump, that’s exactly when you jump, otherwise you end up staying in your comfort zone your whole life and never realizing your potential or stepping into your greatness.

Don’t let fear of failing hold you back from going big. We all have limiting beliefs and lack confidence at times, but it is better to have tried than to never know.

Embrace resilience and tenacity in the face of challenges. Surround yourself with a supportive network, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and leverage your unique skills, experiences, and perspectives to achieve success.
